How do I redeem a promo code?

When you purchase a promotional package, it should automatically be applied to your account when you log in. If it doesn’t automatically apply, please contact support for help.

What if I already have Ark Premium?

If you already have an Ark Premium subscription, don’t worry! You can still take advantage of our awesome sales and discounts when they come around.

Whenever you buy a promotional package, you’ll receive an email with a single-use redemption code for each subscription you purchase. Hold onto the code until your current subscription expires. Once it expires, you can click the link in the email to activate your code.

If you don’t want your subscription to auto-renew, you’ll need to cancel it. To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: If you don't see an option to cancel your subscription, that means that you have already successfully canceled your subscription.

To cancel your Ark Premium subscription on your Apple device:

1. Log in to our Ark Account Manager

1. At the bottom of your account page tap Cancel Subscription

1. A window will pop up. Tap Cancel Subscription again to confirm the cancellation

1. Your subscription renewal date will now be listed as Subscription Canceled

How do I gift a subscription to others?

You’ll receive an email with a single-use redemption code when you purchase a promotional package. You will receive one code for each subscription purchased. Simply give that code to the person you want to gift a subscription to, and they can redeem it on their account.

If you're having issues or cannot activate your subscription, contact us at support@arkdating.app and send your proof of purchase with the redemption code. Our support team can activate it manually for you.
